Terms of Service

Each Wholesale, Retail and Farm-to-Family (CSA) order is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items.

It is our priority at Mountain Freshies to deliver high quality, fresh produce. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please Contact Us and we'll work with you to make things right.

The customer understands that since the farmers grow mindfully, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".

Produce and frozen items are delivered cold (not frozen) and orders are not refrigerated or kept frozen upon delivery.  Please note that produce quality and frozen items will decline quickly, if not picked up and refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery.

Farm-to-Family members are required to read and acknowledge the agreement specific to our weekly harvest program, in order to subscribe.

Wholesale/Retail customers please refer to our Wholesale Program Details.

In our efforts to respect our natural resources, reduce waste and keep costs low, we recycle our boxes. Our sites allow for empty boxes to be left for pick-up the following week, so please return your boxes, bags and pulp baskets each week that are in reusable condition.

As a Mountain Freshies customer, you agree to receive both our transactional and marketing emails.

Payment Terms

Retail Accounts are required to pay by credit card or echeck at time of order.

Wholesale Account terms are NET-15.  Please note that ordering will be temporarily disabled for Wholesale Accounts that are 30 days or more past due.

Farm-to-Family (CSA) Members may opt-in to a plan for up to four payments, but it requires payment by a credit card to be kept on file. Charges will hit at  the time of subscription and then again on June 15, July 15 and August 15.
