About Us
Dave & Suanne Miller founded Western Culture Farmstead & Creamery in 2015 intent on producing fine artisan goat goat cheeses. Western Culture is a USDA licensed goat dairy with a focus on small batch artisan goat cheese. They started with a passion for making beautiful goat cheese from the goats they love & raise on a farm that is sustainably run.
Dave is the farm manager, implementing natural farming practices, humane animal husbandry & sound waste management. Every goat has a name & a place in their hearts.
Suanne is the cheesemaker, inspired by the seasonal flow of the milk, she offers a wonderful variety of fresh and aged goat cheese . They also use this nurturing milk to make lovely soap and lotion to soothe & cleanse.
