Flipside Farm is a small scale grower of nutrient dense and delicious winter produce. They grow in a simple greenhouse, where they explore the limits of what can be grown in winter Colorado climate using only natural heat from the sun. They've been growing winter greens, such as kale, spinach, arugula, lettuces, and Asian greens between the months of October through April, since 2012.

Flipside Farm is focused on sustainable agricultural methods such as soil health, water conservation, composting, cover cropping, crop rotations, beneficial insects, rewarding hard work, and selling locally. Their winter produce is grown in simple greenhouses where they explore the limits of what can be grown in this climate using only natural heat from the sun. The hardiness and resilience is what brings the intense flavors and nutrition during the winter months. If you've never tasted greens that are grown without artificial inputs (man-made heat and man-made fertilizer), you are in for a treat!
